One payment covers the entire program, no per-student or chapter fees, making it easy to include everyone at once.

Advisor benefits

TPSA advisors receive free membership to LAPSEN (Law and Public Safety Education Network), gaining access to curriculum resources, professional training, and national networking opportunities to enhance their programs.

New Finance Policies

  • Credit/debit cards: No processing fee. Paying online in myTPSA automatically tracks and applies to the correct invoice, so it’s usually marked paid almost instantly after checkout.

  • Mailed checks: Strongly discouraged as they’re slower, less secure, and add volunteer workload. If you choose this method, you must include an additional $25 processing fee. This is not shown on the invoice total and must be added by you. Omitting it will leave a $25 outstanding balance on your invoice. Not paying the check fee on a membership invoice may result in your inability to register for competition, if there is a balance.

  • Shareable invoice link: From any invoice in myTPSA, click “Sharable Link” to give your accounting department direct access to view and pay the invoice without your involvement.
