If you need to remove members from your chapter you can either Graduate students who have graduated, or you can archive members. Only members currently set as in-active can be graduated or archived.
You can graduate/archive a student in their individual record. You must refresh the page after completing this to see the updates.
From the member list you can bulk select members to graduate/archive.
